The "Telemetry" and "Telecommunications" Business Units of ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS (formerly IN-SNEC), with three main facilities, provide a full range of innovative products and systems in support of a variety of airborne and ground telemetry, communications and high data rate transmission applications.
Airborne products are designed and qualified for allowing data acquisition and telemetry transmission aboard missiles, launch vehicles, and aircraft. They include telemetry transmitters, data links for UAV sensor and command/control communications, flight termination receivers and data acquisition systems.
Ground products provide complete solutions, in various bands, dedicated to surveillance applications, flight test, uplink/downlink data transmissions, secure or non-secure communications. Ground products and systems include flight termination command uplink equipment, receivers for telemetry, and equipment for remote sensing and TT&C baseband applications.
The "Telemetry" and "Telecommunications" BUs of ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS provide complete ground (fixed or mobile) and shipborne antenna systems including a wide range of high-speed tracking antennas and controllers.
Thanks to our skills in microwave frequency, digital signal processing, real time software together with large experience in the development of high-performance equipment and project management, we are also in a position to meet all specific orders in the following fields: |

- Airborne segment
Its on-board instrumentation product line for acquisition, recording and transmission covers various platforms for space launchers or tactical aircraft, to commercial aircraft, fighters or helicopters.
- Ground segment
ZODIAC DATA SYSTEMS offers products and solutions for receiving and recording the telemetry.
Tracking antenna product line starts from 70cm to 11m dish diameter. Antenna pedestal can be single axis, dual or three axis for fixed, mobile or naval tracking of all type of target (space launchers, missile, aircraft, UAV, ground vehicle...)
The Cortex RTR telemetry receiver is a world leader; at the top of the edge for microwave reception quality and performing digitaly the different demodulations. It includes numerous post processing functions allowing a drastic simplification of the telemetry data processing and analysis.
The ground recorders product range allows to record, in real time, IF signal, telemetry signal and to perform post-flight replay.

Removable Cartridges
The removable storage media of the ENERTEC? mission recorders use either hard disk drive or solid-state non-volatile memory technology, which provides compactness, light weight and high-capacity at affordable life cycle cost. Removable Digital Data Cartridges are qualified to operate in the environmental conditions encountered during airborne missions, in pods or on board fighter aircraft, surveillance aircraft, helicopters and UAV, or any other terrestrial vehicle. |
